BOWRON, SUPER­ VISOR OF THE TOWN OF NEW CASTLE, will sell at public auction on TUESDAY, THE 5TH DAY OCTOBER, 1909 OF At 10 o'clock in the forenoon, at the office of the Town Clerk in the Village of Chappaqua, Town of New Castle, Westcheste r County, the sev­ eral and respective lots, pieces and parcels of land and premises in said town hereinafter mentioned for un­ paid taxes, if said taxes be not paid to the Supervisor of the Town of New Castle, with the percentage thereon, and the expense of posting and publication on or before the FIFTH DAY O F OCTOBER, 1909, for the shortest period of time for which an y person in consideration of advancing the tax and percentage, together with all the expenses that shall^have accrued thereon. Upon such sale, a certificate thereof shall be given to the purchaser signed by the Supervisor and countersigned by the Town Clerk, specifying the prop erty sold, the time for which the same shall have been sold and the sum paid thereon, and the tim e whe n the purchaser will be entitled to a lease of such property.
