He received his medical degree at Upstate Medical Center and his master's of professional studies degree in health services ad­ ministration from The New School\ for So­ cial Research. Andrew M. Elliott has been named man­ ger of the management consulting de- artment of the Syracuse office of Price Waterhouse. Mr. Elliott is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Charles Elliott of Fayetteville. He received his bachelor of arts degree from Columbia University in 1979 and his mas­ ter's degree from Syracuse University. He joined-the Big 8 accounting firm in 1985.
